I just finished building on my wife’s land. We have a lot of land but anyways you don’t not own the land, your ex-wife or whatever and that’s not a good situation being an ex-wife, they can oust you anytime. could tell you to move any time and keep everything but good luck and

Is a TM30 required for a 30-day tourist visa extension in Thailand?

where you stay is required to submit a tm30 . If you move then the next place you stay should do the same. Ask for the form from your hotel or wherever you stay. I always request it and been no problem.
