We all know the experience differs for people but that’s no reason to accuse or believe OP is lying. I posted a while back opening an account with no issue at this bank.

The issue is many here have frankly a 💩attitude which is clear with how people are behaving in here with their messages and people should do better!

OP owns no one anything in here!

I’m not arguing, I’m calling you out on your 💩 and depending attitude!

For every entitle person complaining about lack of information and asking what use a savings account is.

I also opened mine at SCB and is a savings account. I have my direct debits setup, I have a cash card, I can do QR payments etc and recent and send transactions.

What else do you need that a savings account can’t provide?

Also OP has provided you the branch and location, so get off your backside and go yourselves, or use the search where I even shared this information and mentioned what was required in detail.

why? You can still do everything with it a normal account does. I’ve had mine several months and have my direct debits setup on it, can withdraw cash, deposit cash and do QR payments.

why do they need to fix anything? I also opened mine at a SCB branch and posted extensive details of what was required and which branch.
