thanks robert. my employer's visa adviser told me that I still need another Letter of Approval from Ministry of Labor, which they are now holding the process in issuing the letters.

i understand now that my 90-day reporting will reset once I go out of Thailand. Now, follow up question then: if I just travel outside of Thailand within 3 months (which I most certainly do), I do not need to do the 90-day reporting?

this is right, i took a multiple reentry january this year, only after security. i have to ask the airline for a VIP pass as I was also on standby but should be around 45 mins before boarding. took 20 mins plus 10 mins or so at immigration. just in time when i reached the boarding gate.

just got to the airport the other day. same 30-day visa exempt. i just prepared my return flight and hotel booking print outs. the officer did not bother to see it. but if they check your flight back, you may show them flight of ouf thailand before that 30 day expires

Jim James hi jim, i mean i tried looking for our supplier’s profile. they are a relatively large thai company with more than 10,000 employees. our company gives a few million usd business to them so i just hope that my justification letters will be considered. also i have a hkid which the thai consulate in hk requires.
