Do you sent them the statements or a certification? Be careful with the statements because it has to show your full name and account number. If not shows, they can deny the visa.

Which embassy is more convenient for Burmese citizens applying for a DTV visa: Laos, Vietnam, or Cambodia?

I'm sure that if you have all the requirements, doesn't matter which Embassy. Check and contact first with the different embassies about the requirements of each one, because some of they are changing.
