Why was my DTV visa application rejected by the Thailand Embassy in Myanmar?

I applied in Cambodia. They had me reapply with documents that can prove that the company I work for is registered and legit.

I believe it is a requirement to submit company registration documents as well.

 company profile, company registration, payslip etc anything that can help prove that you work for a legitimate business

They didn’t contact my company. I provided them with my managers email as well.

Update just entered Thailand through the land border:

Immigration officers didn’t recognize the DTV visa. Took awhile for them to figure out the validity etc.
