I flew domestically last month(May) and it also wasn't a requirement back then either. I'm also not vaccinated

I am not vaccinated and flew from Pattaya to Phuket on Tuesday. You only need a passport for domestic flight. Negative PCR result and/or vaccination certificate is not needed
