You will get exit stamp first. Let the IO know at the counter that you need re-entry. He will stamp your passport and direct you to the room behind him.
You can apply for visa extension even on the last day of your current visa but you must have work permit and other necessary documents.
Try to apply for work permit as soon as possible. If all documents are in order, it will take 2 to 3 working days. Once you get work permit, you can go for visa extension right away.
You (Pakistani) can apply in KL, processing time will be 7 to 15 days to get approved. If you go there in mid Feb then you will need to book an appointment with Embassy.
Required Documents:
Copy of your workpermit (keep original to show)
Company's letter (Eng and Thai)
DBD with copies of director's id and Tabian Ban
Map of your office location and your job contract.
Even in Bangkok they have started asking people to deposit money for 60 days. One of my friend experienced the same thing few days ago. He had to take 2 months extension now he is completing his 60 days period so he can apply again.
Just submitted my TM 28 at counter J1, Althought i am late as i moved to new house last month but she didn't say anything, took my form, stamped and handed over me the slip with smile :)
Yeah i hope so, i was confused bcz she didnt even listen to me properly and handed over the token number on which i could see its written house/home owner report.
Actually my question is not about 90days. I take exit before my 90 days end.
My main concern is TM30 which Robert has explained in his last comment that bkk immigration doesnt enforce that much but yes other immigrations take this TM30 very seriously.
