: Sorry, I was first going to apply for single entry but after hearing about the funds requirement, Tod suggested applying for a tourist visa IF I’m not allowed to get another visa exemption.

: Thanks Tod. I’ll do that about booking a hotel and canceling it after. Either or: bounce out/back or going through applying for a tourist visa, I’ll post a write up when I get back.

: But IF I do need to apply for a tourist visa, if for the Proof of accommodation in Thailand, for invitation letter from family/friends, is it ok for my Thai wife to write it?

@Tod ********
: Oh no. I’m planning to go next week Tuesday/Wednesday. I was just preparing if in case they don’t let me bounce out/back and then I proceed to apply for a tourist visa.

: Sorry Tod. I have two more questions. Along with a recent bank statement from my bank in Hawaii (I have more than $700) Should I also include a recent bank statement of my KrungTai bank account or might my KrungThai bank account jeopardize my tourist visa application?

As for my invitation letter: Would it be ok for it to be from my Thai wife? (Would this be grounds of declining of my tourist visa application as they may say I’m applying for the wrong type of visa?)

Thanks for your response. I could show regular bank deposit from my Mom helping me out here from as far back as 10+ years (on the 29th of every month $1300 and $1000 on the 1st of every month. The thing is I can only print out my bank statements showing my name on the account and the deposit and usage in Thailand, etc, would you think this would do?

: Yes, I’ll do that. That’s the LEAST I could do for all the time and help you gave me now and in the past.

: I just forgives it out. I’ll book my flight and try to ask for visa exemption by showing my flight itinerary. If not proceed to Lao and apply for a tourist visa.

Anyway, like ALL the times you’ve helped me in the past, thank you so much for your time and help Tod. Without your help, I would’ve gotten a heart attack or gone crazy. You truly are a life saver Tod!
