hmm maybe im reading your response incorrectly, I apologize, but you're saying anytime you enter on 180 days the first time will always need to be in person?
Yes you're right but lets says next time I want to stay and I reenter in person, can I check in online on my 2nd 180 entry especially if I want to extend without leaving.
This year BOI made some changes and it became a bit more lenient. Which may be the reason more people are applying and its taking longer for me. It doesn't hurt or cost a thing to apply yourself. You should try again.
Which part did you get to until they rejected completely? Did they even ask for finance audit report? Did they ask for Health insurance or 100k? How long did you have to wait until they denied you?
I'm currently been on the following step the longest...
Step 4:
- Req for employment contract (reject ori doc)
- Req allow wrk from Thailand (reject ori doc)
- Req finance audit (reject ori doc)
Almost 2 months waiting since application submission.
Base on my prediction each requested docs if rejected takes about 3 weeks. If my finance audit is suffice, I have two more sections which is health insurance, and w2. Base on my estimate, another 6 weeks.
