I agree . I start looking Months ahead of my rough departure dates. If you go at short notice you just have to pay the price or vary your schedule .

I think I rather agree with your Comments . Why do I say this? -I have got a lot of information from Forums online -I made the mistake of thinking that everything /opinion was true . I am lucky to have a Thai wife to ask for what is real/Unreal advice .I think now I go through a sifting process to find what is Real /Unreal advice .

What areas or clubs should be avoided during a first visit to Pattaya in April?

I liked the Beach in Pattaya , But it can be very crowded at times . I would also avoid the Public Toilets ...I went to one and it was Disgusting . I also stopped in Jomtien which was a bit less crowded /Frantic.

I have mixed Feelings about asking for Advice . I have a Thai Wife to help me with Advice . I try and be specific when I ask for advice -It helps me to get a better answer . I find most people are kind and helpful in their advice . There are afew A,,,,,,,s ... But most of the people on any forum are kind .

They are located down the road from me in Kent .Ball park cost of a Pod ? I understand a bit about Tariffs because my wife worked for a shipping company for many years .I think I agree with a lot of the comments written about bringing stuff to Thailand .
