Kasikorn have no incoming limit but for large transfers they recomend notification first to avoid a hold being put on. Comonwealth Bank in Australia requires a request to raise the daily transfer limit for online banking.

Marty Pollard fair enough the marriage visa suits our purpose till age kicks into lower income expectations or we transition away from being photogenic as the main focus.

Would it be better to go for the house book and pink I’d card? In my case I will be on on married visa and we are looking to start a small company that combines our current work and interests even though I am well past 50 and I can support our lifestyle by investing outside Thailand.

ExcitingQuince430 2 weeks seems a long time for a simple form. Australian Embassy quotes 2 days for turnaround. No impediment to marriage has to be made in Thailand for them to accept it. As much as you shouldn’t have to you might need a visa agent to fast track it.
