I use Tello…. It sucks in the U.S. but works great here in Thailand using wifi calling and texts. $10/month. You will want a VPN also so places you call(banks, doctor offices, government offices) think you are in the US.

What is the processing time for a 60 day tourist visa application at the Chicago Consulate?

Did mine thru Chicago a few months ago and it took 3 days from submission to approval. Very quick ( it was my second time in 12 months, can’t remember how long the first one took, but pretty sure that was also quick).

 yes, they instruct to print out the approval and staple into your passport. I used Google Chrome browser with no problems at all.
