I would highly recommend against the KL embassy. The requirements are extremely high and they are very strict.

You should do the same as when purchasing a flight. Your middle name should be included as the second part of your first name, with no hyphens and joined together. I did this and had no issues

No, just dress well (not like a jobless backpacker) and you’ll likely not be asked any questions

There’s nothing barring you from leaving the country while your application is pending approval but it will be a hassle if you are called into the embassy for an interview
