 maybe that’s the problem. I didn’t realize they would see this as investments not savings, cause I can redeem them anytime I want.

 actually it is a normal bank account, under the account I have deposit, government bonds, agency products etc. but most of the amount is under agency products because it can be deposit anytime I want. Maybe they don’t accept this?
