U.S. citizen. Haven’t applied yet - this guidance about “utility bills from the last 3 months” was on a visa agent’s document of requested items — not the embassy. We can provide driver’s license and utility bills from 5-6 months ago. Anyone else have a similar issue? (If it matters, we will probably apply from HCMC, Vietnam.)
