Brandon. I'm no expert on the technicalities of Thai visas. My missus sorts all that because her Thai is far superior to mine but I've managed to come and go for a while now and can discern a question from someone who wants to know how long a bloke can holiday in Thailand without too many formalities and a bloke who wants bureaucratic details.

Guaranteed 30+30 extension. Go out come back do it again. After that you can depending on several things, none of them technical, up to the discretion of the immigration officer :-)

Thank you Graham. I have had both a retirement and marriage visa but both have expired in their own time as I work on vessels around the world and have been offshore at the time. My missus sorts all that out for me and we have never had any problem in the past and have had 0 in the bank continuously for several years. Will be applying again next time back in Thailand. No doubt I'll get called for work again before the process is finished. That's life. Cheers.
