Can my Thai wife visit the USA on a tourist visa despite owning a business and property in Thailand?

America is completely racist as someone noted, not everyone obviously, but enough to elect what we're currently dealing with. Our immigration policies are basically closed to anyone without mad skills. Im not surprised by the denial of tourist visas either.

This doc with thaiembassy.c o m is what lead me to believe a farang married couple needs to cover both financial requirements. (deposit or income) It's stated pretty plainly on the page.

No. That dependent is only applicable on a work sponsored visa. Please feel free to change my mind as I'd love to be a dependent riding on my husband's non OA visa using only
