What should I do if my Thai visa application was rejected due to a name mismatch and I can't access the application details?

in my passport have my real name and then the English version of it, many does that mistake even with work permits. My last name is sometimes the issue, Räty = raety both in my passport. Some of my legal thai documents have Raty or Raety so... which from these 3 is correct 🤣

I bet its because Bangkok Bank made most of the shady accounts in the past and now they don't have a clue which accounts are legit and which ain't. I used Kasikor for 9 years, no problems and 1 year ago I open KrungThai and no issues. I have wp and non b
