Guys if I understand correctly STV I can’t change, but with Tourist visa I can do it! For me doesn’t mater which kind off visa I must finish my studying.

Today I still don’t have any visa. They rejected my non ED and offer Tourist visa. This evening I applied to STV. Crazy I am so stressful...
