Yes, international flight. I managed to fly local without ANY id once (just forgot to bring any), but it was quite a hassle, haha.

Thanks all. I can't seem to find an official list of requirements, but am still looking... their website seems to redirect to the KL requirements but I know from experience KL only offers single entry, so no mention about additional requirements for the multi visa.
