It is set by your entry date not the date your extension is granted.

If you leave the country using a re-entry permit then your 90 day report resets to 90 days after the date you re-enter. My immigration office always staples a slip in my passport with the next report date and I put that date in my calendar on my phone - simples, but if I've been abroad I work it out for myself.

I never did one for 10 years but then they started clamping down. My local office is quiet so it's easy to do.

The blue book registered holder is the owner of the building and responsible for the TM30. They must report a foreigner staying within 24 hours of arrival. It is possible to do it online like the hotels but most people just go to immigration office.

It is the property owners responsibility to file a TM30 within 24 hours of you arriving. They need the blue house registration book, ID card and your passport. The location of the property will not interest the Immigration officer. As has already been suggested it would be easier to check into a cheap hotel for a couple of nights.

The owner of the building is responsible for reporting a foreigner staying at his property within 24 hours of arrival. He/she will need the blue book house registration, ID card and your passport. If this has not been done I suggest you check into a cheap hotel for a couple of nights before you apply for the extension. Even though it is the building owners responsibility they will fine you so cheaper to stay in a hotel.

That's is not true. Hotels register you online. That is why they photo copy your passport when you check in. Immigration may want to see your proof of booking.

If you are staying in private accommodation you need to take a copy of the TM30
