also different topic with Bangkok bank for example do they have some paper or agreement that if I die my bank account will be accessible to my Thai partner? Would u know?
ok thanks. So generally all the people on Non O visa that send money to their Thai bank accounts just need to pay tax on it - I'm sure most of them are still getting some kind of foreign income
How does it work if someone is here on a non O dependant visa , but they work for a foreign company which is abroad? They can still receive a salary but just pay the taxes for money coming into Thailand?
