sorry mate only just seen your reply. It will have a slight implication on any future visas as she will have to be outside of the uk for more time than she spends. My girlfriend stayed for 6 months and they told her she couldn’t return until the following year. Otherwise no it won’t impact the visa it will actually be a very good supporting document when processing the spousal visa.
ye exactly , not all of them are the stereotypical Thai women they like to portray them as , there’s good and bad in all races , colours and genders , we’re just lucky we got the good ones mate 😅
Bring her to the uk before you marry her , life’s good and easy in Thailand when your together things change when you come here , do a visitor visa first and see how it goes , but if your happy then ye she can work on a marriage/spouse visa but obviously not a tourist visa.
ye I agree sorry mate maybe just the way I read it. I think the quality of the evidence , I have a fairly high income and our relationship is genuine so wasn’t much work for me to do.
not had the same experience at all , don’t think this is entirely true. My girlfriend is 22 and falls into very few of the categories people say they need to , to be accepted.
hi mate , apply through the uk government website you can complete the whole application for her but there will be a section where you say that you completed it. Make sure you have all your documents ready before applying , I can dm you a list of what you will need and don’t use an agency what a waste of money! I had my girlfriend accepted on a 6month visa last week.
