I don’t think you understand what an EOR does. They take care of all the paperwork for the visa and work permit. While I agree it’s probably not needed in this case it’s certainly an option

I contacted the support via chat. Uploaded my non O and extension in a selfie in the chat with my face and stamps visible. Couple of hours later approved for an ‘advanced account’ that includes scanning and bank transfers out.
