Businessforsale.com, I've sold all of the businesses that I've attempted to sell here in Thailand that way, never had any lick with local agents and the fees they charge for a Facebook post are disgraceful 😉

They want 5 % but spend zero on advertising ect, 10% if the value exceeds 10m baht.

Business for sale. Com cost me 70 USD per sale.

You should apply for the non I'm on visa in your home country, the you will be able to open a bank account. Without the correct visa a bank account is not possible nowadays
