It doesn't say that the marriage certificate must be legalised in Thailand. Do you think it's assumed that it should be?

ok I see. I was just wondering if it is really possible to leave the country with a re-entry permit while my visa is still being processed - and that there wouldn't be an issue on returning when passing through immigration (because the visa has not yet been granted) But it seems like a valid situation to get a re-entry permit with these circumstances.

I see here on your reciept that there is also a stamp to say contact immigration for re-entry permit before leaving the country. Does that apply to leaving the country during the time the visa is being processed? And if you don't mind me asking, did you leave and come back during that time, if so was it straightforward at immigration?
