Hello, any information much appreciated...

I have non imm b visa and my husband got a non imm o visa (based on his marriage to me and I have a job in Thailand). He will do his extension next week that will allow him to stay for the length of my work contract hopefully. Does anyone know if he'll be required to leave the country every 90 days or if he can just do the 90 day report at the local immigration the same as me? I've heard different stories.....

Thanks for any info.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The husband's NON-O visa, based on his marriage to the author and the author's employment in Thailand, allows him to apply for an extension of stay corresponding to the author's work contract. He will need to report to immigration every 90 days if he remains in the country for that duration, similar to the author's visa requirements.

If he gets the Extension of Stay based on being a dependant of you, the permitted up to date will match your permitted up to date and he has to report to Immigration if he stays 90 days or longer inside the country.
