As Brandon said on numerous times in his comments you won’t have a problem entering Thailand as long as you have enough validity on your passport to cover to the duration of your visa or the visa exempt. Where you might have a problem is checking in , so ask your airline what their rules are regarding this. If your airline says no problem, you definitely won’t have any problems entering Thailand with less than 6 months on your passport left.
more than half the requirements you listed are for the Non OA based on retirement and therefore do not apply to the Non O based on retirement, which is so much easier to obtain. But at least it was a good detailed answer all the same👍
They just give them away when you land in Thailand, seriously a little bit of research goes a long way, next you’ll be asking how do I get to Thailand 🤔
well it seems you know exactly what the Government is thinking before they do, quick tip just wait for the official announcement before you actually start telling everyone what is going to happen.
At this point in time it is still 60 days visa exempt on entry and you can extend that for another 30 days at your local immigration office for 1,900 baht. There is talk in regards to reverting back to 30 days visa exempt, but only talk at the moment. There is no 60 day extension available for visa exempt only 30 days.
