Hi. Has anyone recently applied for Non- b visa in Penang?

1. Do I need an appointment? 

2. where can I find the checklist for required documents?

I can't seem to find it on their website.

3. How long does it usually take for the visa to be issued?

That’s for KL. I believe Penang uses the same although not certain.

thanks. I downloaded the same. I can't seem to find an appointment booking system on Penang website like the one for KL. So, I guess its walk in?

It used to be walk in prior to Covid. I’ve not seen anywhere that that’s changed but I haven’t used Penang for years. Perhaps someone with recent experience can confirm.
