She might not be a ladyboy, but for sure she's scamming you! She want you to send Western Union next or money gram! Please don't waste your money, and many will ask you for money for medical problem for their family! Sometimes might be true, but it like the boy that cried wolf, but either way medically will be treated reguardless if the person has money or not!

I'm here now....it's laid back and not as strick like other countries in this side of the world.
