All,

Many thanks for your responses and recommendations. One comment that struck me was BOI may ask for two years of passive (read retirement) income. I hav been retired for one year. Is it common for BOI to ask for two years or is one year of documentation sufficient? Hopefully it is. Thanks again everybody.
