If you start this thing... what are the criteria? Let's say they do what you ask for. The next one might have only 19 "perfect" years... what about him? Exception or not? If yes... where is your threshold? 10 years? 15 years?

Same as every visa... the validity (5y) starts with the day you apply (or the approval). The permission to stay (180d) starts with your entry.

They will correct it, not a big problem, but you probably have to go back to the point of entry. But give your local Immigration a try first...

P.S.: Old wisdom... always check the stamp before you leave the counter... 😁
