Do you mean the "STV"? No, sorry, in my knowledge you can't convert it to anything, it's very "special" about this...

I just talked to Immigration Phuket this week about exactly that... they said it's possible from any Visa (TR, Visa excempt or VoA, Non-O) but not from "Non-O-A". Then you have to do the "Retirement-Extension" first (after Covid-Extension) or leave the country and come back with any other kind of Visa.
