The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has sent an official letter to international travel partners confirming the opening of PHUKET SANDBOX, starting July 1, 2021
Phuket is set to be the first destination to lift quarantine requirements for vaccinated foreign tourists under the ‘Phuket Sandbox’ programme. After roughly 7 days on the island, travellers can travel to other parts of Thailand.

You have to complete a pcr test 72 hours prior to arrival and complete a passenger locator form. You must also pay for 2 pcr tests on arrival taken on day 2 and day 8.
It’s to stop people at the moment travelling to other countries and bringing back a different variant. Now the U.K. has vaccinated over 34 million people the country is getting back to normal and foreign travel is prohibited till 17 May , however only to safe countries
All you need is complete arrival locator form 2 days before departure and book 2 covid tests for day 2 and 8 and as long as you go from bkk to london you can quarantine at your home for 10 days look on government website
