yes but you clearly don’t understand the Thai visa system then. But it’s ok. Some will be prepared and others will end up with 60 day exemption stamp as a result if they do actually look at the misuse.

yes we do, but we don’t know what happens after 6 months. They could easily want to see paperwork later on, just like medical might need to still have future appointments and Muay Thai might need to have more teaching booked.

It’s ALL unknown for a couple more months

For the 6 months no, but we don’t know about extension or entry after 6 months of 1st entry.

Do a search on here for it, there have already been many threads, and some Bangkok Bank Branches are accepting DTV to open with certain documents.

you have to remember that it’s 180 days per period, so the reality is 180+180 extension (if you stay in country) bounce same day. Another 360 same way so you would be about 25 days less. But if you leave for a vacation then the number change.

But any sensible person would bounce before the 5 years is up 😉

nobody knows why will happen in the future. But it’s entirely possible on ANY re-entry that the immigration officer will ask for verification that you are continuing with your training and possibly only give a 60 day exemption if you don’t have. Right now nobody actually knows.

Yes, when does the visa expire? That’s the last day of possible entry.

for all those in Samui, I think Ryan will be at the meeting tomorrow.

So should share the info for that as well. 😉

Can definitely recommend Solutions - Koh Samui

They can certainly help and very efficient and give a % to charity for ALL work undertaken.

A very community aware company that loves to give back.

Landlord fills out TM30, you only need it for residence certificate etc. if you have lease/rental contract then essentially you just take that for reporting and don’t worry about TM30 unless you need the cert for license or purchase of vehicle. That’s the case in Samui, but of course could be different elsewhere. After all it’s Thailand and the rules aren’t always the same in different places. Haha
