What is the best immigration office to go to for a 90-day notification in Bangkok?

It’s only depends on the location you live in.

If you live in bkk you need to go division (chenwattana), the one which is near to government complex bts.

If you live near bearing bts (samut prakan)like myself, you need to go Samut Prakan immigration.

Fair warning! Samut Prakan immigration officer who is on counter no.10 is something off.
