Yes, January and March amount looks fine, but you will need to wait 2 more months with > 500k THB after March to be 3 consecutive months.

The amount in your bank account needs to be consistently over 500k THB over a period of time (usually 3-6 months). Let’s say if you have >500k in your bank account in January, you have to maintain it till the end of March. It can’t be < 500k for any day in between. You don’t need to show an income of 500k every month. I hope it helps.

I had a rental contract in Thailand before I applied for DTV. I was staying there during my study. I used that address for DTV application but never uploaded the rental contract. I got approved without further request. As long as your other documents are strong, it won’t be a problem.
