How long does it take for a DTV application to be approved after uploading additional documents in HCMC?

Right now in HCM your status will be checking documents long time. When your status will change to pending approval, your visa will comes same day or next working day.

For understanding, submit at 12.03, 27.03 status change pending approval at 11:00, same day at 17:40 visa on email.

DTV it's not a tourist visa but also it's not Non-b. You can easy upgrade from DTV to any non-o or b visa without lost your DTV. But for immi it's very strange will be. Depends on them

Will tell you clear. Cooking classes should have license. Official website and school must be ready to send email to embassy. If they can do that, you can go to Vietnam in HCM and submit there.
