As others have said BT 205 for car, BT 105 for bike. Around Bt100 for a med certificate issued at a clinic. Certificate of residence issued by your immigration office (in Korat it's free).

What's the advantage of using a Wise card linked to your Thai account? The Thai banks apps are great for paying by scan at most places and if not manual transfer. What's the advantage of using the Wise card?

Must be completely different where you live then, at Korat immigration you need: residency certificate application form,

copies of - all pages in passport, picture/details pages, all pages with visas or stamps (but not blank ones), arrival card TM6 both sides, receipt of residence notification, passport size picture. 7 day turn around and the certificate (and additional copy if requested) are issued free of charge.
