So is this a new law they're just starting to enforce? If I do a border run I'm meant to go in and say "I just came back" and that's it? Odd

Just an update - I used 4x6 blue and had no issues. Arrived at immigration at ~8:20 and was finished around 9:45. Was there for tourist visa extension. Was busy but not too crazy. Thanks everyone
