I'm going to immigration in Chiang Mai tomorrow. Which size passport photos and background color do they need? I swear it seems to change constantly

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current requirements for passport photos at immigration in Chiang Mai include a size of 4x6 cm with either a blue or white background. Some users reported successfully using both colors, although recent experiences suggest that white is preferred. If photos are not available, there are facilities nearby that can provide them on-site.

Just an update - I used 4x6 blue and had no issues. Arrived at immigration at ~8:20 and was finished around 9:45. Was there for tourist visa extension. Was busy but not too crazy. Thanks everyone

I used white background (bigger size) I think maybe 4x6 last week. They do photos there

If u don’t already have. Maybe jst do it there on the day easier

4x6 with a blue background. If you don't have them the copy shop next to immigration can do them for you.

I was rejected for blue a year ago. That's why I'm here asking. They change the rules at random

well there are 2 options blue and white .... they take both, but like white more.
