I’m unable to sign on to the Vientiane appointment page and also unable to reset my password. It says my account is invalid or suspended. I used the search feature on here last time I encountered this problem which led to the solution. I’m unable to find it now. How can I move forward? I sent an email to their staff two days ago with no response. Thank you
