Tod, would you please consider opening discussion for this thread you closed, as it seems to be a sweeping sudden change related to the education bureau and affecting many of us applying for education visas.  We need as much info as we can get.  I’ve heard reports of many other people this month being denied education visas, even with all the appropriate paperwork
