I just tried to log on the the Vientiane website to book an appointment. I created an account a couple months ago but have never booked an appointment. It says my account has been suspended. Has this happened to anyone else ?

Just one other thing that i noticed, is that i was not able to copy and paste the passord to log in, i had to manually type in the password to be able to log into the system.
most likely no, because you already registered your passport. I look often into the system and sometimes I get that message too, I log on a few minutes later and it is fine. You can also request a new password.
they have upgraded, redone and fine tuned that system, most likely during process they detected your account being idle and blocked it. Best send them a message, or you try to log on again in few minutes.
