Mention he won't get a visa extempt and he better hit the airport right away pay the overstay fly out and get a visa and even then he ain't sure if he would get denied entry that's the facts of overstaying

This is all new for me as well after I do also Just do the TM 30 online i Hope it as I mention is just an option for foreigners to have either TM 30 or TM 28 hope the immigration see it teh same way but after it's s new things i ain't 100% either

Just read it as you need either a TM 30 or TM 28

They are tourist I would just let it be that's my humble opinion there is no other place to do registrerings until you get the password and after they are tourist it won't really effect them

Unfortunately it takes long time after it's done manually so would take a screenshot of it and go to immigration and hopefully whey send you the temporary password and username right away but untill you have received the username and password you will have to meet up in person

Believe it or not most ain't doing it right so

You will get a mail right away often ends up in spam then you will have to click the link to confirm after that you will have to wait until the username and temporary password come but if you didn't get that first email that means you didn't do it right and also if you didn't confirm with clicking on the link in the received email then it will never come and yes it do take long time after it's done manually

He should had signed up for online registration that would had made life a lot more easy for the future registrations
