Do I need to keep the full 65,000 monthly deposit in my Thai account for a Non-O visa, and is proof of source required?

I did this for two years, the money had to be paid into a Thai bank account from an account in your home country, once in your Thai bank could be withdrawn at your convenience and used as you like, had no problems at all.

How long does it take to get a new UK passport from Thailand?

Mine took 8 weeks, but Christmas was inbetween, we we warned of 6 to 8 weeks because of covid delay, check when you apply

How early should I start renewing my retirement visa in Thailand before visiting the USA?

I normally apply for mine 6 weeks before the expiration date in Chiang Mai, if I’m going to be away when it’s due I let them know and apply for renewal on return
