that's interesting because I moved from Phuket to Udon Thani and because my ATM card had expired I've been using cardless withdrawals with no fees from Kasikorn. However I am making withdrawals from a Krungsri card and haven't changed the address but I'm not getting charged any fees either. I just recently found out that even if you change your address your bank account remains with the original opening branch which is weird.
oh I just learned something new. Can I just clarify. I've always understood that if you use an ATM card registered in one province in an ATM in a different province you will incur fees. But are you saying you won't with a cardless withdrawal?
you are incorrect. I applied for a one year extension of my visa but because my passport only had 6 months to expiry, the extension also expired on the expiry date of the passport.
"Where Thai domestic law is still silent about a foreign tax credit available for individual taxpayers under this circumstance, a provision under double tax treaties could provide relief from any double tax arising. However, the conditions, methodologies, and documents supporting the claim are still unclear."
Having lived in Thailand for 26 years I am somewhat cautious whenever I hear about something that is presented as a done deal.
