John Kenealy Dtv is better than retirement visa at that point as you can have it in your own bank account in your own country with interest which is well over 50k bhat / 1500$ yearly, for instance in my country in yearly interests after tax.. leaving 800k bhat in a non interest bank account is Very costly..
