Just wait for a while. You have to get DTV visa before re-entry Thailand 🇹🇭, if you want to stay with DTV Visa for 5 years. After that you can get multi-entry to Thailand.

If you enter to Thailand again with your tourist Visa, you’ll lost all money and process which you apply for DTV.

This way is easier to prepare documents for immigration. If you married abroad, you have to take that document to translate to Thai and register in Amphur (District Office) with call Koh-Roh 22(คร.22).

Krung Thai Bank (light Blue bank) is very easy to get an account. More over, it has a branch near immigration in Bangkok.

As a foreigner can buy many vehicles and properties (not land).
