thanks and how can I give up my Non-b-based visa/extension and work permit? Just wait them till expired? Or I need to do something special?

ok, I ask again: do I need to wait my working on extension expired, then I can go and apply for my retirement visa? Or 2-3 months before my working on extension expired, I can just go and apply for my retirement visa, so I don't need to leave Thailand and come back again just for applying for the retirement visa?
