 ok, I ask again: do I need to wait my working on extension expired, then I can go and apply for my retirement visa? Or 2-3 months before my working on extension expired, I can just go and apply for my retirement visa, so I don't need to leave Thailand and come back again just for applying for the retirement visa?

 thank you and I don't want to holding them both. I just want to know: 2-3 months before my work permit expired, can I just go and apply for the 3 months Non-O visa then the retirement visa?
